TEX-MEX SEASONING (Pantry Cooking II)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground oregano
Mix ingredients well and store in a spice container. Makes 3/8 cup.
