SEASONED GREEN CHILE POTATOES (Pantry Cooking II)
Potato flakes and additional ingredients to make 4 to 4-1/2 cups mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons Tex-Mex Seasoning
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
Make mashed potatoes according to package directions, adding Tex-Mex Seasoning with the salt. Just before serving, stir in drained green chiles. Serves 5 to 9.
