This is an easy way to give rice that Tex-Mex flavor.
TEX-MEX SEASONED RICE (Pantry Cooking II)
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons Tex-Mex Seasoning
1 cup long grain white rice
Bring water, salt, and Tex-Mex Seasoning to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; reduce heat to simmer. Cook 18 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
