Peas and Carrots Salad in a dish

Quick and easy two-ingredient salad.  Try a different flavor dressing for variety but make sure it’s oil based and flavorful such as Catalina or Russian.

PEAS AND CARROTS SALAD (Pantry Cooking II)

1 can (15 ounces) peas and carrots, drained
3 tablespoons Honey Mustard Dressing

Gently mix peas and carrots with the dressing until the vegetables are coated. Serve at room temperature.
