Based on the traditional ingredients for Rocky Road ice cream, this snack mix has the extra crunch of dehydrated marshmallows.
ROCKY ROAD SNACK MIX (Pantry Cooking with Home Preserved Foods)
1 cup dehydrated marshmallows
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Combine ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Makes 3 cups.
