Be ready for spring garden salads with this homemade Honey Mustard Dressing. It can also be used as a dressing on other kinds of salads such as Peas and Carrots Salad, Quinoa and Ham Salad (choice #4), and potato salad.
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING (Pantry Cooking II)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients in a cruet or pint jar. Shake well. Serve over salad. Refrigerate unused dressing. Makes about 1 cup.
