POTATO TOMATO SOUP (Pantry Cooking II)

2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) tomato soup
2 soup cans water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) whole potatoes, drained and coarsely mashed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sweet basil

Combine soup and water. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
