SMOKED BRISKET SANDWICHES (Pantry Cooking with Home Preserved Foods)

1 pint Smoked Beef Brisket
Barbecue sauce
(Pantry Cooking: Unlocking Your Pantry’s Potential, page 130)
Dill pickle slices
(try making home canned using the recipe on page 79 of the Ball Blue Book)
4 hamburger buns

Drain broth into a small saucepan. Shred beef and add to the pan. Heat through. Serve on hamburger buns with barbecue sauce and/or dill pickles. Makes 4 sandwiches.
