CRISPY QUINOA PEANUT BUTTER BALLS (Pantry Cooking II)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup mini chocolate chips
2 cups puffed quinoa
Mix ingredients in the order they are listed. Roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container. Chill for a firmer candy. Makes about 40.
