Turkey and Stuffing in a casserole dish

Here’s a way to use leftover turkey. It’s easy, fast, and good (like comfort food!). When you don’t have leftover turkey, use commercially canned or home canned turkey.

TURKEY AND STUFFING (Pantry Cooking II)

1 box (6 ounces) stuffing, any flavor
1 can (12-13 ounces) chunk turkey, drained and cut into small pieces or 1-1/3 to 1-1/2 cups cooked turkey
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar (12 ounces) turkey gravy

Prepare stuffing according to directions but without the added fat. Spread stuffing in the bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole. Top with turkey, then mushrooms. Pour gravy over the top. Bake 30 minutes at 350o F. Serves 4-6.
