Evelyn’s Peanut Butter Oatmeal Candy

A platter of peanut butter oatmeal candy balls

This is my granddaughter Evelyn’s recipe, created when she was quite young. They are easy to make so the kids can help. The candy can be any size you want, and you don’t need to feel guilty when the kids want more!
