Some volunteer dill plants were shading the sage in my herb bed and were outside their designated location. Time to dry dill weed. It’s easy. Here’s how:
DILL WEED
Wash dill weed and shake off excess water. Break smaller stems of dill weed off the main stem/branch and discard the large stem/branch. Lay small stems on lined dehydrator trays. Dry for 6 to 8 hours at 105o.
When completely dry and cooled, pull the dried fronds from the stems. Stored in a sealed jar.
