Checking online for brands and prices at 2 stores found 11 brands of leaf thyme. The prices ranged from $2.93 per ounce to $11.58 per ounce. That’s 7 to 27 times more per ounce!
Use the bulk bins to try out unfamiliar spices and herbs, to buy only what you need for a recipe when you don’t think you will use it again, and to save LOTS of money.
