Thaw or partially thaw frozen vegetables. Spread on dehydrator trays in a single layer. For foods such as chopped broccoli, use a non-stick sheet or parchment paper on the trays to keep drying vegetables from dropping through mesh sheets. Dehydrate at 130o for 6 to 10 hours or until crisp dry. Remove from trays and dry heat process in canning jars for longer shelf life.
