Spread miniature marshmallows in a single layer on dehydrator trays. Dry at 125o for 24 to 36 hours or until dry and somewhat crisp. Marshmallows will not shrink in size but will be dry and crisp when cooled.

Store in an airtight container. For long-term storage, use Dry Heat Processing or a vacuum sealer to seal them in canning jars.
